Generally speaking I hate the selling/buying process, but with Scott on my team I felt confident that he was working for me, with my best interest at hand, and he was. Scott is also a general contractor who understands all aspects of home building. This experience helped as he explained all the financial components associated with work needing to be done, or the quality of work that had been done. I spent many weekends with Scott scouring the South Bay for my new home, and he was always prepared with comps and any of the latest tools needed to thoroughly access the market.
