  • Aside from getting married and having kids, buying a house ‘has-to-be’ one of the bigger things you will do. When I say ‘bigger’ I mean stressful, but it really doesn’t have to be. Through various recommendations I found my way to Scott Nollner with RE/MAX Palos Verdes (310-350-5525). Scott made the selling/buying process as pain free as possible. Detail oriented with a good listening ear.

    Scott is in his mid 30’s and has the experience to help you navigate your way through the stressful selling/buying process. For starters, Scott is associated with the Simonetti selling team, which boasts ‘y-e-a-r-s’ of experience in the Palos Verdes market. Scott also has extensive contacts when it comes to insurance, finding a loan broker, etc. Naturally I did my own research, but in every instance, I ended up with the group/person that Scott suggested I consider. I should write separate reviews on my loan broker, and my insurance agent, because they were also phenomenal, and recommended by Scott, who really can help with A-Z of home buying, which is nice.

    Generally speaking I hate the selling/buying process, but with Scott on my team I felt confident that he was working for me, with my best interest at hand, and he was. Scott is also a general contractor who understands all aspects of home building. This experience helped as he explained all the financial components associated with work needing to be done, or the quality of work that had been done.
